Asian Games: Organizers clarify reported delays in cruise ship check-ins

NAGOYA - The organizing committee for the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games said Tuesday that reported delays in cruise ship check-ins stemmed partly from discrepancies between submitted team lists and actual guests.

"We are responding as carefully as possible, including securing alternative accommodation," Takaaki Omi, a senior official of the committee, told the media in Nagoya.
