Synopsis

Caught red-handed while searching for Meili's missing body, Subaru finds himself imprisoned within a cage of ice. Despite his desperate pleas that he’s suffering from amnesia, Ram remains unconvinced, suspecting him of being an impostor. Before their confrontation can go any further, Subaru is knocked unconscious by Ram's relentless Wind Magic.

However, when Subaru eventually comes to, he finds himself mysteriously released from his cage. Even more baffling is the sight that greets him: the surrounding walls are covered in the carved inscription, "Natsuki Subaru was here." As Subaru reels from this inexplicable turn of events, a presence looms behind him—Reid Astrea, the legendary first Sword Saint, is standing right there.

Synopsis

Subaru and his allies may have claimed a narrow victory in the bloody battle at the Watergate City of Priestella, but the cost was devastating.

Rem remains in a deep slumber due to the Authority of "Gluttony," Crusch has been stripped of her memories, and Julius has had his very name erased from the world’s collective consciousness. Searching for a way to reverse these tragedies, Subaru learns of the "Sage" Shaula, a figure said to possess all the world's knowledge.

Their next destination: The Pleiades Watchtower. This monolithic structure stands at the edge of the world within the Augria Sand Dunes—a wasteland so treacherous that even the legendary "Sword Saint" Reinhard couldn't conquer it. Facing the fury of nature, unknown Mabeasts, and threats beyond imagination, Subaru begins a life-or-death journey to take back everything they've lost.
