Abductees plight highlighted at U.N. talks on N. Korea rights abuses

The U.N. Security Council on Monday took up the issue of human rights in North Korea with multiple references being made to the unsolved kidnappings of Japanese and other citizens and the lack of a resolution on the matter."No progress has been made regarding cases of international abductions and enforced disappearances," U.N.
