TOKYO - The organizing committee of the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games has apologized for mistakenly playing the North Korean national anthem before a South Korea men's hockey match, Seoul's sports governing body said Saturday.
After playing the North Korean anthem at Friday's game between South Korea and Bangladesh in Gifu Prefecture, the organizing committee apologized later the same day following an official complaint from the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee.
