TOKYO - Ozeki returnee Kirishima stayed unbeaten with a win against former komusubi Hiradoumi at the Summer Grand Sumo Tournament on Thursday, tying rank-and-file wrestler Kotoeiho for the lead at 5-0.
Komusubi Wakatakakage was unable to keep his place on top of the leaderboard, losing to No. 1 maegashira Takanosho and joining five other wrestlers with 4-1 records at Tokyo's Ryogoku Kokugikan arena.
