Protest calls flood police as big cash theft seen as inside job

The Hiroshima prefectural police have been facing criticism with numerous calls of protest from citizens since the theft of over 85 million yen ($750,000) in cash from a police station about a week ago, as the crime seems to have been an inside job.The theft took place at Hiroshima Police Station, the key police station in the western Japan prefecture with the largest workforce of about 350.
