Kyrgyz-born Russian named as suspect in St. Petersburg metro blast

Russia's investigative committee on Tuesday identified a Kyrgyz-born Russian man as the suspect in an explosion that killed at least 14 people and injured some 50 others in the St. Petersburg subway system.The Russian Investigative Committee concluded the blast was a terror attack carried out by 22-year-old Akbarzhon Jalilov.
