Olympics: Tokyo to become carbon free during ceremonies of 2020 Games

The International Olympic Committee said Wednesday that Tokyo will work towards becoming carbon free during the four days of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2020 Summer Olympics and Paralympics.Tokyo Gov.
