International Paralympic Committee President Phillip Craven said Wednesday his body will not lift the current suspension of the Russian Paralympic Committee, despite its anti-doping progress.According to Craven, an IPC taskforce reports that the RPC has made significant progress toward establishing its anti-doping credibility and needs to meet seven criteria in order to be allowed to compete.
