TOKYO - Yokozuna Onosato kept his two-win lead at the Autumn Grand Sumo Tournament on Thursday as ozeki Aonishiki, new sekiwake Fujinokawa and former ozeki Asanoyama all won to stay in the title race.
Seeking his first Emperor's Cup since last September, Onosato (11-1) stood firm against an opening charge from Atamifuji (8-4) and secured a right underarm belt hold while moving slightly backward before flooring the new sekiwake with a pulling throw.
