TOKYO - Skateboarding powerhouse Japan has produced a host of teenage stars in recent years, and one of the latest, 14-year-old Ibuki Matsumoto, is aiming to capture gold in the women's street competition at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.
Standing 170 centimeters in a discipline often dominated by smaller athletes, Matsumoto is known for her dynamic riding style characterized by impressive speed and air.
