Exhibit traces 70-year history of Japan A-bomb victims group Nihon Hidankyo

TOKYO - An exhibition currently being held in Tokyo traces the history of Nihon Hidankyo, Japan's leading organization of atomic bomb survivors, to commemorate the 70th year since its founding and shine light on its existence.

On display at a hall in Tokyo's Suginami Ward are rows of panels featuring photographs and documents on the activities of the group, formally known as the Japan Confederation of A- and H-Bomb Sufferers Organizations, including details on its 2024 Nobel Peace Prize.
