Mother faces fresh warrant over assault of daughter before her tragic death

A Japanese woman being held on suspicion of assaulting her 10-year-old daughter before she died in late January will be served with a fresh arrest warrant over another alleged physical attack, investigative sources said Friday.Nagisa Kurihara, 32, will be served with a fresh warrant possibly Monday, when her initial detention period ends.
