Man arrested at idol group event, says wanted to kill one member

A 24-year-old man was arrested Saturday for possessing a knife at a meet and greet event for an all-girl idol group near Tokyo, telling police he wanted to kill one of the members, police said.Security guards found the man, identified as Ryohei Abe from Sapporo, igniting a flare near fans lined up to shake hands with some of the members of Keyakizaka46 in Chiba, east of Tokyo.
