Tokyo to host esports event in FY 2019

Tokyo will host an esports event during the year beginning in April to promote the Japanese capital's video game and anime industries, Gov. Yuriko Koike said Sunday.The metropolitan government plans to set aside 50 million yen ($460,000) in the budget for fiscal 2019 to hold the two-day event.
