At least 20 people were killed and 81 others wounded Sunday in twin bomb attacks at a Roman Catholic cathedral on a southern Philippine island coping with a lingering Muslim insurgency, according to authorities.Police Chief Superintendent Graciano Mijares told Kyodo News the first blast happened at 8:28 a.m. at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Mount Carmel on Jolo island while a mass was being held.
