HOTAN, China, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The 1-million-kilowatt photovoltaic desertification-control project in Minfeng, Hotan, Xinjiang, built with the participation of China Railway 23rd Bureau Group, has recently achieved full-capacity grid connection of all 101 arrays. It is one of southern Xinjiang's largest integrated centralized photovoltaic and desertification-control projects and a "green Great Wall" at the desert's edge that combines ecological benefits with energy value.
