U.N. Security Council to hold emergency meeting on N. Korea

The U.N. Security Council plans to convene an emergency meeting on North Korea on Tuesday afternoon in the wake of its latest ballistic missile test, a diplomatic source said.The plan emerged after Japan, the United States and South Korea filed a request on Sunday.
