A-bomb-damaged bag, watch among items to be displayed in Oslo

Five articles including a bag and a watch from the atomic bomb museums in Hiroshima and Nagasaki will be put on display in Oslo in commemoration of this year's Nobel Peace Prize awarded to an antinuclear weapons organization, the Hiroshima museum said Friday.The items that survived the U.S. nuclear bombs dropped on the two Japanese cities in August 1945 will be shown at the Nobel Peace Center in the Norwegian capital for a year from the Nobel award ceremony on Dec. 10 as part of the exhibition for the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons.The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum in w…READ FULL ARTICLE
