BRICS leaders "strongly deplore" N. Korea's nuclear test

Leaders of the BRICS grouping -- Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa -- said Monday they "strongly deplore" North Korea's sixth nuclear test.In their declaration at their annual summit, the leaders also expressed "deep concern" over the heightened situation and prolonged nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula.They also said the issue should only be settled through "peaceful means and direct dialogue" of all the countries involved.In defiance of repeated warnings from the international community, North Korea conducted its sixth and most powerful nuclear test on Sunday.READ FULL ARTICLE
