The long-running rock band Toto and their guitar wizard Steve Lukather are having one heck of a year on many levels.Toto got out of the blocks strongly in January in Japan, the first market worldwide to see the release of their new 40th anniversary tour DVD/Blu-ray/audio set "40 Tours Around The Sun."
