Japan's two-time reigning Olympic champion Yuzuru Hanyu overcame a flawed free skate to win the men's championship at the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating NHK Trophy on Saturday.Despite an under-rotated jump on one combination and a false start on another, Hanyu landed four quad jumps to score 195.71 points and lead the free skate after winning Friday's short program at Makomanai Sekisuiheim Ice Arena.Hanyu, who won his other Grand Prix tournament this season, Skate Canada, will now move on to December's Grand Prix Final in Turin Italy.
