Gamba Osaka forward Ryotaro Meshino has transferred to English Premier League club Manchester City, the J-League first-division club said Friday.The 21-year-old Meshino, who came up through Gamba's youth system and made his J1 debut last year. This year, he has three goals in 12 games.
