SEOUL - South Korea's new President Moon Jae In and Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping agreed Thursday to improve bilateral ties and work closely over North Korea, while they also discussed Chinese opposition to deployment of a sophisticated U.S. antimissile system in the South, Moon's spokesman said.
