SYDNEY - Small tsunami waves were observed in Vanuatu and New Caledonia on Wednesday following a magnitude 7.5 earthquake that occurred east of the Loyalty Islands in the South Pacific, according to the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Hawaii.
