TOKYO - Thai teenage goalkeeper Poomraphee Siribunyakul will join V-Varen Nagasaki in January, the J.League first-division club said Thursday.
The 18-year-old Poomraphee helped Kashima Gakuen High School reach the final of Japan's national high school football tournament in January.
The 191-centimeter goalkeeper has represented Thailand at age-group level.
"I will work hard every day in training and do everything I can to contribute to victories for Nagasaki as soon as possible," he said in a statement from his new club.
