TOKYO - SoftBank Group Corp. said Thursday it will raise $11.1 billion to finance the final tranche of a $30 billion investment in OpenAI.
The company said it will issue dollar- and euro-denominated bonds maturing between 2030 and 2034 for overseas investors.
