NEW YORK - Japan's Yui Kamiji won back-to-back U.S. Open women's wheelchair tennis singles titles, while compatriot Tokito Oda was stopped in his bid for a calendar Grand Slam in men's wheelchair singles on Saturday.
Top seed Kamiji defeated second-seeded Diede de Groot of the Netherlands 6-2, 1-6, 6-3, securing her fourth U.S. Open title and her second straight major, following her Wimbledon triumph.
