LILLE, France - Samurai Blue striker Ayase Ueda scored in his Champions League debut for Lille during their 3-2 loss at home to Spanish outfit Real Betis on Tuesday, marking his second goal in as many games for the French club since transferring from Feyenoord.
Ueda netted the opener in the 12th minute at Stade Pierre-Mauroy, nodding home at the far post off a cross from Ethan Mbappe.
