In October 2025, the franchise launched its first animated adaptation based on the manga series, Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Animation: Episode of Heartslabyul. Synopsis

In this world, there are legendary figures known as the "Great Seven," whose tales are passed down as legends.
The Queen of Hearts, the King of Beasts, the Sea Witch, the Sorcerer of the Sands, the Beautiful Queen, the King of the Underworld, and the Thorns Witch.

Reigning supreme in this world is "Night Raven College," a prestigious academy for training Sorcerers that has produced many elite mages. Under the Headmage, there are seven dormitories modeled after the Great Seven, each led by a Dorm Leader.

One of these leaders is Riddle Roseheart, the head of the Heartslabyul Dorm, which is based on the strict spirit of the Queen of Hearts. Known as the "Crimson Tyrant," Riddle rules his students with an iron fist according to the "Laws of the Queen of Hearts," causing them great suffering. Why did Riddle become a "Tyrant," and what is it that holds him captive?
